Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
We are acutely aware that these are concerning times and as businesses implement measures to safeguard individuals and communities, we at Portfolio are doing our part. The health of our team and customers are of paramount importance to us; we are monitoring the situation closely and adhering to strict government guidelines and NHS directives in order to preserve the well-being of our colleagues, customers and community.
As part of our ongoing response to the virus we have put the following measures in place until further notice:
Our technology allows us full remote access so that we can be available and continue the same professional service you have come to expect. We do expect that there may at times be some disruption to our service, we have done our best to minimise these, but we thank for your patience over this time.
All staff will be available via email and the office telephone line will continue to be active during normal office hours so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
In line with guidance we have received there are a small number of move ins which need to be completed if they are in progress and where delays cannot be made. These are being done with care and consideration for social distancing and an arrangement for collecting your key safely will be made with you directly. All related paperwork will be sent to you electronically in advance of your move in date.

In line with government directives all viewings on properties have been be temporarily suspended until further notice along with appointments and inspections. For properties that are empty and where staff will come into no contact with anyone, we are offering an alternative via skype viewings.
Self-isolating or high risk
Please contact the office if you are self-isolating or if you are in a ‘high risk’ category. If you feel vulnerable or over the age of 70 and have no one to help you please let us know, we will do whatever we can to assist you.
Repairs and maintenance
Maintenance will be organised into priority categories. Tenants are advised to continue reporting any issues to us but as we are reliant on contractor availability over this time we ask for your patience. We will however be available to take all your calls and all essential maintenance and emergencies will be dealt with. For more information go to the link below.
