"Rented a flat near to Oxford city centre with Portfolio Properties for about a year. The initial agreement to become tenants was fairly standard and without any major problems. Flat was in a good condition when we moved in. Throughout the tenancy we were informed in enough time when they wanted to do an inspection and staff were always prompt and helpful when anything went wrong in the flat or we had general questions. Ending the tenancy were hassle free as well. Deposit was returned as expected. In all a good experience."
